Who We Are

I am a certified, licensed and insured home inspector. I‘m a Journeyman Carpenter with 20 years of construction experience, hands on learning from concrete foundations and framing to finishing. This has provided me with a wealth of knowledge on building practices and procedures. Not only how to build homes correctly, but more importantly how not to build them. My experience in renovation projects has further developed my skills to help me analyze problems that are no longer current building practice. These problems can be due to lack of building knowledge years ago or the dreaded homeowner fixes. For a home inspector, no matter how much school and book learning you do, nothing beats actual construction experience! I come equipped with the experience, training and tools to provide my clients with the best possible inspections

Attention to detail is a must when you’re a home inspector and looking for clues. Obvious problems are easy to find and assess, but often complicated problems are not as visible and can be the most destructive! Extensive construction and renovation knowledge for all homes new and old, combined with specialist tools have equipped me exceptionally well to provide the highest quality inspections to my clients.
